BOARD NOMINATIONS ARE OPEN FROM JANUARY 4 - JANUARY 18, 2026

During the nomination period for the Board of Deacons we are providing three options for our members to submit nominations.

OPTION 1: Download the nomination ballot (link below), fill it out and send it back via email (scan or photo) to tracy@freedomkw.com.

OPTION 2: Pick up a paper ballot at the Welcome Centre (on Sunday) or from the main office (Monday-Thursday) and return it to the office by Sunday, January 18th at noon.

OPTION 3: After carefully reading the nomination ballot (link below), fill out the form below with your nomination(s). Pastor Tracy will contact you directly to verify your nomination after it is received.

Board of Deacons Nomination Ballot (OPTION 3)

Every member of Freedom in Christ Assembly has the ability to nominate qualified members for the board of deacons. (See the nomination procedure in link above.)

This year, up to two (2) eligible candidates can be elected for a two-year term. You may nominate one or two people. It is not necessary to nominate Julie Schroth or Walt Kippenhuck as they still have one year left to serve on their terms. The terms for Jack Sousa, Juno Park, and Josh Kubassek are complete. All are eligible for re-election.

In order for your nomination to be valid it must be authenticated. Pastor Tracy will contact you using the information you provide below when this ballot is received in order to validate it.

In presenting these names you recognize that your nominations are confidential and subject to the approval of the nominating committee.
