This is a required form to say that as parent/guardian you are allowing your child to attend youth for the upcoming year. Unlike waiver forms for activities, this form only needs to be filled out once per year.  

The Amazing Race: Lasagna Edition

Monday, August 17 we have a special youth event: The Amazing Race: Lasagna Edition 🤩.

Come to the church for 6:30pm and we’ll be having a LASAGNA dinner 😋 prepared by Mrs. Ingrid! Then we’ll be splitting into different teams and competing in The Amazing Race! Like in the TV show of the same name, teams will have to participate in a series of challenges around the church property, racing from challenge to challenge in an attempt to win The Amazing Race: Lasagna Edition! Plus there’ll be a special prize for the winning team!

So invite a friend, and come on out for a fun night filled with food, fun, challenges, and prizes! 😎🔥
